Our Holiday.....

Around Whitby are a lot of places that are used as TV and Film Locations. We visited a Village called Goathland which was used in the filming of Heartbeat, along with the surrounding Moors. A couple of places were still set up as for filming!

Goathland railway station was also used in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone as "Hogsmeade Station". The car at the top of this post was also used in one of the Harry potter films!

Finally time for some blogging!

Things have been busy the last couple of weeks as the kids have been on their Easter break from school. The first week we went away to Whitby in Yorkshire. We had a lovely time and the weather was even quite kind to us with really only one day when it rained in the morning. As we took the dog with us we did lots of walking but we even took a ride on a steam train! This we could see from our cottage window!

March Scrapzville swap for Heidi, A Recipe Book

As Heidi has her album from the March scrapzville swap I can now show the pictures above. I hope she was pleased with it as it was her first album swap!
Heidi did not want an album that was too jammed packed that it wouldn't close, so I thought I would make this album which is based on one by Laura Dennison of Following The paper Trail. This is what it came out like.
